Ordering
When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address. In the confirmation you will find all information about products, price, billing and delivery address. If there is any error in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately via e-mail: info@westernwanted.com

Delivery
Our normal delivery times in Sweden are (1-4 working days) or order item (2-4 weeks). Western Wanted delivers with DB Schenker and PostNord. Transport damage must be reported immediately to DB Schenker, PostNord, or its representative upon receipt. Do not release the package. Should delays in delivery occur (without us notifying you of a longer delivery time), please contact us by e-mail. Unredeemed packages: Fee SEK 400. For our customers in Norway, do not forget that the customs fee may be added according to the Swedish Customs.

Prices
Goods are paid in SEK.
All prices in the store are stated in SEK and all prices include 25% Swedish VAT.
For orders outside the EU, the Swedish VAT on the order amount is deducted.
Within the EU, Swedish VAT is included in the order amount. Companies in EU countries can enter their VAT registration number at checkout to shop without VAT.
We reserve the right to change prices due to price changes from the supplier, incorrect printing in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and we reserve the right to adjust the price.

Right of withdrawal
When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received an item that you have ordered. You must announce that you regret it. The message must be sent to our e-mail address. In your message, your name, address, e-mail address, order number and which goods the return applies to must be clearly stated. You should return the products to us immediately and no later than within the legal 14 days after the notice of withdrawal. The product must be returned unused and in original packaging, all labels must not have been removed. You are responsible for return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore be sent well packaged and in original packaging. The original packaging must be protected with an outer packaging. Upon return, a copy of the invoice must unconditionally be required alt. the delivery note is attached. You can choose whether you want the money back or other goods instead. On the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product when the product is used or damaged. The right of withdrawal does not apply to: Products that due to health or hygiene reasons have been sealed (sealed) and where the seal (sealing) has been broken by you and specially made product, which has been tailor-made for you or has a clear personal touch to your wishes. Western Wanted does not accept returns against cash on delivery or cash on delivery.

Complaints and grievances
We inspect all products before they are sent to you. You must always contact us for an approval before returning a defective item. The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered. Always save receipt and delivery note. If we fail to rectify the defect or deliver a similar product, we will reimburse you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping for approved complaints. We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not defective in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the consumer protection legislation Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, see arn.se. In the event of an approved complaint, a refund will be made within 30 days of you announcing that you want to return the product.
